Rinse water recovery skid

On request of our client in the food industry to reuse slightly contaminated rinse water further in the production process, a stainless steel skid was designed to collect this wastewater as well as to transport it to the various users.

The design of the skid was worked out in 3D with inventor so that the customer could get a clear picture of his skid in advance. After approval, the mechanical construction drawings were made and delivered to a contractor for execution.

The electrical design of the accompanying electrical board was made in Eplan P8 according to the customer’s specifications. The electrical diagrams were used by the contractor as a guide for the construction of this board.

Before the skid was started up, an extensive manual with all the user and maintenance instructions was delivered to the end customer.
