As a sales manager you build up a customer base, you maintain the existing clientele and you are their point of contact.
You will work closely with your colleague HR recruiter who is just as enthusiastic as you are looking for new, strong profiles to support our customers. In addition, you are also responsible for invoicing, credit management and you follow this up briefly.
Who are you?
You have a Bachelor’s degree;
You have at least a first commercial work experience;
Prospecting is your second nature;
You are analytical and you can convert complex matters into solutions;
You are fluent in Dutch with a solid knowledge of English and French;
You are hands-on, organized and can easily connect with new people;
