Project Manager Construction

As a project manager in construction, your daily tasks will be to …

• Analysing plans and specifications and distilling the most efficient work approach from them
• Answering customer questions and solving technical problems
• Managing subcontractors
• Monitoring the quality and the budget
• Reporting the progress

Who is our ideal Project Manager Construction?

• You have a Master’s degree in Construction, or you just have baking relevant experience.
• You have worked for a few years as a project leader
• A good knowledge of techniques
• Knowledge of KPD.doc, Aproplan or other project management tools
• Your Dutch and French ar egood
• You have a driving licence (B) to travel to construction sites
