Bij Engineering Experts houden we wel van een uitdading. Een uitdaging zoals het afbreken van een productie unit in het Zuiden van Frankrijk en deze terug opbouwen in België.
De tolerantie marges die daarbij komen kijken in de verschillende technische disciplines van het project, zijn dan ook uitermate belangrijk.
In de eerste fase van dit project zijn we dan ook op zoek moeten gaan naar een civiele aannemer die zijn hand niet omdraait om te streven naar de hoogste kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid.
Met een tolerantie marge van 15mm was deze zoektocht dan ook geen sinicure, maar werd een perfecte partner gevonden bij Group Suerickx. De recent opgestarte afdeling van Group Suerickx, was bereid om deze uitdaging met ons aan te gaan.
Voor de realisatie van vloerplaten, inkuipingen, fundatie sokkels en de positionering van ankerstoelen was een goede uitlijning van uiterst groot belang. Het uitzetten van de assen en de allignering van de ankerstoelen net voor de aanvang van de betonwerken, vereiste de aanwezigheid van een landmeter zowel voor- als tijdens de uitvoering. Het moet gezegd dat zij een mooi staaltje van vakmanschap hebben getoond om dit tot een goed einde te brengen.
Ter verificatie van de uitvoering, werd een controle meting uitgevoerd door een externe landmeter en werden er, indien nodig, aanpassingen aangebracht.
Het resultaat mag gezien worden. Een civiele constructie die klaar staat om alle grote componenten te dragen met als kers op de taart een platform die inwendig voorzien is van meerdere HEB 600 balken en één HEB 800 wapeningsbalk, zal alvast de grootste belastingen aankunnen.
Een mooie samenwerking tussen Engineering Experts en Group Suerickx om dit knap staaltje engineering te verwezenlijken.
